00.30 AM, start visiting Ijen volcano for about 1,5 hours from the hotel.
01.40 AM after arriving at parking lot, start trekking to the top of Ijen Crater for about 2 hours or 3 KM trekking normally.
04.00 AM, if still possible to go down enjoy blue flame phenomenon, so you can come down to the bottom of Kawah Ijen for about 30 minutes normally. Enjoy blue flame then come up to the top of Kawah Ijen.
06.30 AM, come back to parking lot for about 2 hours.
07.30 AM, drive back to hotel breakfast and shower.

Tumpak Sewu Tour Package is becoming famous as one of the most amazing waterfalls in East Java, and it may even be the coolest in all of Indonesia. So this from the viewpoint, there are two different paths to hike down to the place, but the path on the Lumajang (east) side seems to be easier and safer.

So please be careful, because the rocks here are will get wet and slippery. Please don’t try to keep your feet dry, it’s impossible. So just keep three points of contact and put your electronics in a dry bag in case you fall on your butt and get soaked.

Mount Arjuno Welirang Trekking Package, whose name derives from the most flamboyant character from the Mahabarata. Than stands 3,339 meters above the sea level, Mt Arjuno is the second highest peak in East Java. So thats why also point of the enormous Arjuno-Welirang mountain range. Arjuno is a dormant volcano, and the lower Welirang peak 3,156m- although shorter than the sister mountain, but considered more popular among hikers.

Day 1 : Surabaya Airport – Malang Batu – Camp Site

We have breakfast at 6:30 in the morning, and walk to the top of Mount Welirang for about 1.5 hours. We can see many active fumeroles along the path, from where the miners extract the sulfur. You can also go further to the summit and see the largest crater of this volcano. You will then descend for 3 hours to Cangar, where you will have lunch and take a bath in a public hot spring. Then a chauffeur-driven car will take you back to Surabaya.
